Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the quality activities meet A SHE standards, including the internal and external requirement (when traveling)
  • Maintain and develop the quality system/process to meet the operations requirement, assist day-to-day operations to increase the effectiveness, and manage/develop the COT to align with business growth
  • Responsible for raw material quality control, IQC, material qualification, reliability test, as well as finished goods quality assurance, OQC, ORT, Optical test and documentation.
  • Find an effective way to control the process quality by using the pro-active approach, and drive the development/improvement of the KPIs and sampling plan by collecting/analyzing the data
  • As the process owner for supplier quality and customer interface, perform the supplier audit and qualification to improve the incoming performance, manage the customer audit and customer survey from Quality perspective
  • Overall responsible for resolving technical issue associated with IQC inspection spec to compliance with product drawing/spec, and inspection spec to compliance with customer spec.
  • Understand customer needs, and make the plan to satisfy the customer by improving the product quality and reducing the customer complaint/returns
  • Schedule the traveling to support the customer for the resolutions when needed, and support the new product qualification activities
  • Supervise and train the inspector/operator for the inspection activities. Be responsible for the operator training and certification, discipline, 5S, etc.

Qualifications:
Education Background
•         Bachelor's Degree, with major in science or engineering
Work Experience
•         Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and supplier management, preferably in multi-national company.
Skills and knowledge
•         In-depth knowledge and practice in IQC or SQE, OQC or customer service, and familiar with Quality tools.
•         Open, willing to learn attitude, can influence others and also open to new things and ideas.
•         Strong communication and problem solving skill. Be able to coach, handle and resolve inter-personnel conflicts.
•         Willing to work and get result through team working.
•         ISO9001 and 6-Sigma work experience.
•         Willing to travel both in China and overseas
•         Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
